If you’ve decided to have your wedding in the autumn or winter months you’ll be looking at different kinds of bridesmaid and wedding dresses to those getting hitched in the summer.
But with the colder temperatures there’s a trend towards richer, warmer colours for bridesmaids, as well as the opportunity to introduce warming faux-fur stoles to keep all your special ladies comfortable on the day, Brides Magazine has suggested.
The publication has picked out a selection of 16 stunning gowns to inspire brides and their bridesmaids who are planning for an autumn or winter wedding.
“Jewel tones along with rich grey and dusty blue are the perfect choice for a wedding in the colder months,” the magazine claimed.
Among the dresses it has chosen to showcase are a striking deep purple, low backed number with sequin detail on the shoulders from the Pronovias 2017 Cocktail Collection; and a delicate outfit in dusky pink with a lace detail top from the Kesley Rose 2017 Collection.
Other suggestions include two dresses in dark navy tones, and a glitzy gold and black dress from the Alfred Angelo Fall 2017 Collection.
Earlier this year, the Daily Mail reported that the world’s most popular bridesmaid dress is the Lace Illusion Neckline Dress by Camille La Vie. It was given the title after being pinned more than 170,000 times on Pinterest.
While making sure your bridesmaids look beautiful is important, it’s just one aspect of organising your wedding. When you’re booking wedding cars in Cheshire, make sure you get flowers inside and outside the car that perfectly match your chosen theme.
